We have also managed on-time delivery to customer and provided industry recovery fund to assist partners with operational difficulties. MEAN WELL is ready for a recurrence.
 
In order to maintain the level of production, sales, and to better serve our long-term customers, making sure their orders are delivered on time, MEAN WELL will reserve the right to rearrange the delivery date or to break into partial shipments during this time frame with sudden demand higher than 1.2 times of increase compare to quarterly average in the past.
